Retford FC have completed the signing of former Hallam, Maltby and Shirebrook Town midfielder Richard Patterson.
He arrives after being part of the Promotion winning Shirebrook side playing 12 games and scoring once last season.
Prior to that he has a wealth of experience at a higher level with stints at Frickley Athletic, Goole AFC and more recently Hallam FC.
This is another keynote signing this summer for the Choughs and another that Chris Woodhead is looking forward to working with, “Richard brings a lot of experience to the side and he will be another player who will be pivotal not only in the starting XI but also in the squad as a whole and he will be helping support our younger lads as they look to break into the senior side.”
